2019 was a terrible year for us. The end of January we very suddenly lost our sweet boy Atlas. This was our first dog to need The Hollinger's services and as you could imagine we were a mess. We called pretty late in the evening, and they welcomed us with open arms. We opted to bring Atlas ourselves to have the last ride together as a family. Upon our arrival, we were met at the car, helped with bringing him inside and given all the time we needed with him. We made all arrangements, and again was given the opportunity to spend any more additional time with him that we needed. Again, really late at night by this point. They were patient, caring, and in such an uncomfortable time, comforting. We picked up his ashes two days later in a beautiful box. In October 2019 we lost our sweet girl, and our experience was nothing short of our first. In such a devastating time, we'll never hesitate to call them for all of our arrangements. It's always been such a pleasure under the worst circumstances, but we can't thank you enough for the peace you offer. I know I tell you, thank you 40 times each time we meet, but I truely am appreciative of the care and compassion you've shown us during our darkest times. Thank you.
We just picked up our dog, Maci's ashes this morning. Mr Otto called last evening when they picked her up from the vets off to let us know they had gotten her and were doing their cremation that evening and that we could pick them up the next day (today). When we went to pick them up Mr Otto was there to check me out and make sure everything was well. It definitely was! She is in a temporary white box with her ashes in a bag. They had the box in a very nice blue bag. Thank you so much Hollinger pet crematory for everything you did for our family and for my Maci girl!
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
